Shipping and returns
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 48 business hours*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the (post-office). After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
SHIPPING TIME
Once it processed, your order will take 5 to 10 days to arrive at your home depending on the country destination.
ANY CUSTOM FEES WILL BE PAID BY US.
OUR RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.
Your satisfaction is the highest priority to us! If you are not absolutely in-love with any products by Qlisol®, you get your money back. We stand behind our glamorous products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any products by Qlisol®, we offer a full refund. Simply send us an email to support@qlisol.com and our dedicated Support Team will take care of you.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Returned items must be in perfect condition.
Please make sure to read our product descriptions carefully and bear in mind that photos may be slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display. Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only humans! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item.
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the delivery of the product.
If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. You are welcome to return any item and to benefit from a store credit for the cost of your purchase.
SHIPPING
You will be 100% responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a shipping method with an insurance/tracking number on the return package for proof of return. Qlisol is not responsible for any lost returns.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Faulty product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.Wrong item sent: If we send you the wrong product, design, or size. If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on. Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Oops! Somewhere along the way, you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately, we cannot return your item.
For example: Incorrectly provided address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
